1. 14-Day Refund Policy

At Ofakri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
